Flat and low-slope commercial roofs — TPO and EPDM single-ply membrane, and torch-down modified bitumen. Flat roofs fail differently from pitched ones: water sits instead of running off, so seams, terminations and drainage do all the work. We weld and lap seams properly, flash every curb, drain and penetration, and make sure the water actually has somewhere to go. This is the half of the trade most residential roofers subcontract out — we do it ourselves, with the same crew.

Look at the Roof
We come out and actually get on the roof — decking, flashing, valleys, penetrations and the state of the existing system. You cannot price a roof honestly from the driveway.
Written Quote
A clear written price covering materials, tear-off, disposal and labour, with the scope spelled out so you can compare it against anyone else's number line for line.
Tear-Off & Install
Old system off, decking checked and repaired where it needs it, underlayment and flashing detailed properly, then the new roof goes on. Flashing and valleys are where roofs leak, so that is where the time goes.
Clean-Up & Walk-Through
We run a magnet over the property for nails, clear the gutters of debris, and walk the finished job with you before we call it done.
